The Metron Online service concerns surveys that are conducted online. The questionnaire is in electronic form and the respondent can use any device (pc, laptop, tablet, smart phone) to answer the questionnaire, needing only an Internet connection. Invitations to take part to the survey can take various forms:

• by e-mail
• by creating a banner in your website
• by creating a popup window in your website
• or by sharing the questionnaire link in social media

In order to give their answers respondents go to the questionnaire’s webpage and follow the flow of questions that has been programmed by us. Online surveys can have a variety of subjects as well as an unlimited number of questions.
